This is a Four Step Pulley for a Watchmaker's Lathe Countershaft... as used in Watchmaker repair. The grooves work equally well with round poly belting and square or round leather belting, 1/8" to 3/16" crosssection.
The dimensions are:
50mm, 40mm, 30mm, 20mm sheave OD's... 0.4375" Bore or smaller
65mm, 55mm, 45mm, 35mm sheave OD's... 0.5" Bore or smaller
Bores are normally reamed to 0.001" over shaft diameter. For Metric bores, they will be bored to size, rather than reamed.
Both pulleys are 1.25" long.
Custom bores for this profile are available.
These are made to the same profile as original equipment pulleys.
This one is aluminum... suitable for high RPM's.
Due to the increasing cost of brass, please request a quote if you prefer a brass pulley.
